SUMMARY:

Claims; Russell, Beverly Q. Provides $133,786.80 in relief for Beverly Q. Russell, to be paid over the period 1998 - 2004. Mrs. Russell was an employee of the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services at Catawba Hospital. In the course of her duties, Mrs. Russell was injured by a violent patient. Workers' compensation has not fully compensated Mrs. Russell for her losses.
