Clean Fuel Fleet Program. Replaces list of specific localities to which the Clean Fuel Fleet Program applies with a generic description, based on the federal Clean Air Act, and authorizes abolition of the entire Clean Fuel Fleet Program if approved by the federal EPA. This bill is a duplicate of Senate Bill No. 633.
