SUMMARY:
Appeals from general district court; landlord tenant. Provides that in case of appeals from a default judgment based on the nonpayment of rent, the writ of execution shall be issued immediately upon entry of the judgment for possession. Currently, a writ of execution may not be issued during the 10-day period for the filing of an appeal.
