SUMMARY:

Violations of certain local motor vehicle ordinances. Provides that fines imposed for violation of local motor vehicle ordinances (those adopted under authority of § 46.2-1300) will go to the Literary Fund (not to the locality), if the violation occurred on an interstate highway.
