SUMMARY:

Motor vehicles; removal of inspection sticker. Provides that the unauthorized taking, possession or use of a vehicle inspection sticker is punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. Currently, a first offense is punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor and a Class 1 misdemeanor for second or subsequent offenses.
