Sales and use tax exemption; Northumberland County Community Center, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to a nonprofit tax-exempt corporation whose mission is to support and strengthen the family unit by working to improve living conditions, provide meaningful activities for children and greater educational opportunities in a positive, constructive, structured environment.
