SUMMARY:
Attorneys' fees in condemnation actions. Provides that in a condemnation action, if the amount of the award of just compensation is greater than the amount offered by the petitioner as part of a bona fide effort to purchase the property, the court may award attorneys' fees, court and other reasonable costs to the property owner.
