SUMMARY:

Claims; relief for Slemp, Campbell B. Provides a lump sum payment of $33,000 on July 1, 1998, and monthly payments of $1,000 beginning August of 1998 for relief of Campbell B. Slemp, a retired employee of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Slemp was improperly classified as a research associate by his employer, which prevented him from retiring with the full monthly retirement benefit that would have been provided under the Workforce Transition Act.
