SUMMARY:

Portsmouth Hotel and Conference Center. Entitles the City of Portsmouth to sales tax revenue generated from transactions at a conference center, hotel, and related public facilities owned by the city. The revenue will be used to pay debt service on bonds issued by the city between July 1, 1998, and June 30, 1999. This bill is identical to Senate Bill 55.
