SUMMARY:
Administrative orders for support. Clarifies and standardizes the methods by which service of notice of a proposed change in a support order may be accomplished. The methods of service (personal service, service under the long-arm statute, acceptance or waiver of service) are currently authorized to initiate proceedings for an administrative support order. When service by mail is utilized, proof of actual receipt by the adressee is required.
