SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; sale of alcoholic beverages by persons under 18 years of age. Prohibits any retail licensee from allowing anyone employed by him under the age of 18 years to sell, serve, or dispense any alcoholic beverages. Currently, the sale of alcoholic beverages by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited only for on-premises consumption. Hardship exceptions are provided.
