SUMMARY:

Nighttime driving restriction. Prohibits persons under age 18 from operating a motor vehicle between the hours of midnight and 5:00 a.m. unless they are driving to or from work or a school-sponsored activity, accompanied by a parent or spouse, or driving because of an emergency.
