SUMMARY:

Passing stopped school buses; reckless driving. Provides for filing of affidavits as to markings and warning devices on school buses illegally passed while loading or discharging passengers. This bill does not change the law prescribing a civil penalty for passing a stopped school bus (§ 46.2-844).
