SUMMARY:
Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; abandoned property. Removes the requirement that a landlord store personal property left in the premises after the rental agreement has terminated and delivery of possession has occurred and eliminates the tenant's right of reclamation. The landlord may dispose of the property provided 10 days' written notice is given to the tenant.
