SUMMARY:
Transportation Contract Revenue Bond Act. Reduces the maximum amount of bonds that can be issued under the Commonwealth of Virginia Transportation Contract Bond Act from $95 million to $5 million. The Act provides a funding mechanism for construction of the Route 234 Bypass in Prince William County. Since the bonds were authorized in 1990, none have been issued and the project has been largely financed through other mechanisms.
