Agreed to by the Senate, January 30, 1998

RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals as follows:

The Honorable Rudolph Bumgardner, III, of Staunton, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing February 1, 1998.

The Honorable Jere M. H. Willis, Jr., of Fredericksburg, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing February 1, 1998.
