SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 12 Nominating a person to be elected as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.

Agreed to by the Senate, January 30, 1998

RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission as follows:

William L. Dudley, Jr., of Henrico, as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for a term of six years commencing February 1, 1998.
