SENATE BILL NO. 302 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Transportation on March 5, 1998) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Reasor) A BILL to designate the U. S. Route 460 bridges across Virginia Route 67 at Richlands the "Freya Dalton Bridges" and the U. S. Route 60 bridges at Lanexa the "Farrar and Jeanette Howard Bridges."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the U. S. Route 460 bridges across Virginia Route 67 at Richlands are hereby designated the "Freya Dalton Bridges." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of these bridges. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to these bridges.

§ 2. That the U. S. Route 60 bridges at Lanexa are hereby designated the "Farrar and Jeanette Howard Bridges." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of these bridges. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to these bridges.
