Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The U. S. Route 460 bridges across Virginia Route 67 at Richlands are hereby designated the "Freya Dalton Bridges." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of these bridges. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to these bridges.
