SENATE BILL NO. 301 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Transportation on February 12, 1998) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Ticer) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 46.2-749.2:14, 46.2-749.2:15, and 46.2-749.2:16, relating to special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversaries of the City of Alexandria, County of Chesterfield, and County of Culpeper.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 46.2-749.2:14, 46.2-749.2:15, and 46.2-749.2:16 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.2:14. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the City of Alexandria.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the City of Alexandria.

§ 46.2-749.2:15. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Chesterfield.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Chesterfield.

§ 46.2-749.2:16. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Culpeper.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Culpeper.
