VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 46.2-749.2:14, 46.2-749.2:15, and 46.2-749.2:16, relating to special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversaries of the City of Alexandria, County of Chesterfield, and County of Culpeper. [S 301] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 46.2-749.2:14, 46.2-749.2:15, and 46.2-749.2:16 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.2:14. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the City of Alexandria.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the City of Alexandria.

§ 46.2-749.2:15. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Chesterfield.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Chesterfield.

§ 46.2-749.2:16. Special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Culpeper.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the 250th anniversary of the County of Culpeper.

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2003.
