RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments made by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the State Health Benefits Advisory Council pursuant to § 2.1-20.1:01 of the Code of Virginia:

Anne R. Howard, 9403 Lakeland Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23229, for a term of two years beginning July 1, 1998, to succeed C. William Cramme' III; and

Barbara Hickey Klear, 1460 Willow Wood Drive, Norfolk, Virginia 23509, for a term of two years beginning July 1, 1998, to succeed Russell W. Kenwood.
