RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission:

Philip A. Leone, 3231 Middlewood Place, Midlothian, Virginia 23113, as the Director of the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, effective January 16, 1998, to serve for a term of six years.
