Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in chapter 7 of Title 65.2 a section numbered 65.2-715 as follows:

§ 65.2-715. Providing written information.

Whenever, in the course of conduct by the Workers' Compensation Commission, any written information regarding a specific case is provided to a party or that party's attorney, the Commission shall provide copies to all other parties and their attorneys at the same time and in the same manner.
