HOUSE BILL NO. 868 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Transportation on March 5, 1998) (Patron Prior to Substitute-Delegate Rollison) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12, relating to special license plates; Wildlife Foundation of Virginia; Virginia Wildlife Federation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.11. Special license plates; Wildlife Foundation of Virginia.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates bearing the legend: WILDLIFE FOUNDATION OF VIRGINIA.

§ 46.2-746.12. Special license plates; Virginia Wildlife Federation.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates bearing the legend: VIRGINIA WILDLIFE FEDERATION.
