Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.11 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.11. Special license plates; National Speleological Society.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates bearing the legend: NATIONAL SPELEOLOGICAL SOCIETY.
