Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Supreme Court of Virginia shall, annually during any mandatory judicial training program provided or sponsored by the Supreme Court of Virginia or any agency thereof required to be attended by judges of the circuit courts and judges of the district courts, include a program of cultural sensitivity training.
