Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Operation of any truck or tractor truck/semitrailer combination on Pleasant Valley Road in Fairfax County between U. S Route 29 and U. S. Route 50 or Stone Road in Fairfax County between U. S. Route 29 and U. S. Route 28, except for local deliveries, is prohibited. Violation of this section shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
