HOUSE BILL NO. 255 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Transportation on February 5, 1998) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Katzen) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12, relating to special license plates; supporters of Great Meadow; members of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of America.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.11. Special license plates; supporters of Great Meadow.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to supporters of Great Meadow.

§ 46.2-746.12. Special license plates; members of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of America.

On receipt of an application therefor, and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is a member of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of America, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to members and former members of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of America.
