VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.8:1, relating to special license plates for Fraternal Order of Police Associates or Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary. [H 1232] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.8:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.8:1. Special license plates for members of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates or the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates or the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates.
