CHAPTER 849 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12, relating to special license plates; supporters of the American Automobile Association; Tercentenary of the City of Williamsburg. [H 770] Approved April 22, 1998

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 46.2-746.11 and 46.2-746.12 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.11. Special license plates; supporters of the American Automobile Association.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to supporters of the American Automobile Association.

§ 46.2-746.12. Special license plates; Tercentenary of City of Williamsburg.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates commemorating the Tercentenary of the City of Williamsburg.

The provisions of this section shall expire on July 1, 2003.
