CHAPTER 383 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 3 of Title 2.1 a section numbered 2.1-27.10, relating to designation of Bill of Rights Day. [H 1191] Approved April 11, 1998

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 3 of Title 2.1 a section numbered 2.1-27.10 as follows:

§ 2.1-27.10. Bill of Rights Day.

December 15 of each year shall be designated and known as the "Bill of Rights Day" in recognition of the ratification of the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.
