CHAPTER 381 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-749.7:3, relating to special license plates promoting tourism on Virginia's Eastern Shore. [H 995] Approved April 11, 1998

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-749.7:3 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.7:3. Special license plates promoting tourism on Virginia's Eastern Shore.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates promoting tourism on Virginia's Eastern Shore.
