(SB420)GOVERNOR'S VETO
Pursuant to § 6 of Article V of the Constitution of Virginia, I veto Senate Bill 420.
Senate Bill 420 is identical to House Bill 1387 which, prior to the end of the regular session, I returned to the House with a substantive amendment. Inasmuch as my amendment was adopted by the General Assembly, the matters contained in this measure have already been addressed in the General Assembly.
