Conviction of any of the following offenses shall be prima facie evidence, subject to rebuttal, that the person is "under the influence" for purposes of this section: DUI manslaughter (§ 18.2-36.1), DUI maiming (§ 18.2-51.4), driving under the influence (§ 18.2-266), possession of a controlled substance or marijuana (§ 18.2-250 or § 18.2-250.1), intoxication in public (§ 18.2-388), commercial DUI (§ 46.2-341.24).
Any person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall forfeit any concealed handgun permit issued to him and shall be ineligible for such a permit for five years from the date of the conviction.
