F. A charter school may only be established in a school division that has (i) adopted a resolution indicating its intent to receive charter school applications pursuant to § 22.1-212.9 and (ii) implemented the Standards of Learning for the family life education program promulgated by the Board of Education or a family life education program consistent with guidelines developed by the Board of Education.
