We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on House Bill No. 1339, report as follows:

A. We recommend that the Senate Amendments be rejected.

B. We recommend that the engrossed bill be amended as follows to resolve the matter under disagreement.

strike

the balance of line 37 and all of lines 38 and 39

insert

operation of emergency equipment by a member of a firefighting, rescue, or emergency entity in the performance of his official duties.
