SUMMARY:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); the Senate and House of Delegates. Provides that the Senate shall have 41 members rather than 33 to 40 members (now 40 members) and that the House of Delegates shall have 101 members rather than 90 to 100 members (now 100 members).
