SUMMARY:

Coalfields Expressway. Requests the Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Department of Transportation to complete the determination of the Coalfields Expressway Corridor. The agencies are requested to expedite the planning, engineering, and construction of the Coalfields Expressway beginning with bypasses around Clintwood and Pound and the connection of these two bypasses.
