SJ 365 Long-term care insurance policies.
Introduced by: Jane H. Woods | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Long term care insurance policies. Memorializes Congress to repeal § 13612 (a) (C) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, which discourages states from implementing public/private long-term care partnerships. These partnerships encourage the purchase of approved long-term care insurance policies by providing enhanced protection of the purchaser's assets under the Medicaid program.
