SUMMARY:
Study; cancellation of agency by an insurance company because of loss ratios. Creates a nine-member joint subcommittee to study the practice of insurance companies terminating agency relationships because of insurance agents' loss ratios. The subject matter of this resolution was referred by letter from the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Rules to the Chairman on the Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor, requesting that a study be conducted.
