Study; administration of local anesthesia. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the administration of local anesthesia by licensed dental hygienists under the direction and supervision of dentists. The subject matter of this resolution was referred by letter from the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Rules to the Chairman on the Senate Committee on Education and Health, requesting that a study be conducted.
