SUMMARY:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); disabled and unfit judges. Amends the Constitution to remove the confidentiality requirement for proceedings before the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission. This matter was incorporated into the substitute for Senate Joint Resolution 309.
