SUMMARY:
Study; innovations to improve the election process. Establishes a joint subcommittee to evaluate possible reforms in voter registration and NVRA implementation procedures and in the conduct of elections, including early voting, absentee ballot changes, and revisions in election day operations. This matter was referred by letter from the Speaker of the House to the House Committee on Privileges and Elections for study. The Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections will be invited to join in the study.
