SUMMARY:

Study; statewide batterer intervention program. Directs the Commission on Family Violence Prevention to study the feasibility of creating a statewide batterer intervention program similar to ones that have already been adopted in nine states. The program would adopt, disseminate and enforce formal minimum standards of practice for programs which provide court-ordered treatment.
