SUMMARY:
Study; Metropolitan Hampton Roads Regional Urban Services Study Commission. Establishes a Commission to study the feasibility of establishing a regional administrative agency to provide urban services in the Hampton Roads region. This matter was referred by letter from the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the House Committee on Counties, Cities and Towns for study. The Senate Local Government Committee will be invited to join in the study.
