SUMMARY:

Child support orders; periodic review. Authorizes the Department of Social Services to review administrative support orders every three years, upon request, without the necessity of a showing of a change in circumstances. Current DSS regulations require a showing of change in circumstances as a condition for the review. This bill conforms to federal mandates included in the Welfare Reform package.
