SUMMARY:

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA). Increases the number of Presidential appointees to the MWAA Board from one to three and eliminates references to the Authority's board of review. The bill also requires the Presidential appointees to be registered voters of states other than Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia. This bill is identical to HB 2253.
