SUMMARY:
Persons entitled to have name printed on ballot. Prohibits any person from having his name printed on the ballot as a candidate for more than one office at an election if he would be prohibited by law (§ 2.1-37.01) from holding more than one of the offices at the same time. Virginia law generally prohibits the holding of two elected offices simultaneously with an exception for electors for president.
