SUMMARY:

Fee for courthouse maintenance, renovation and construction. Increases the amount of the courthouse maintenance, construction and renovation fee which localities may assess in civil, criminal and traffic cases from two to four dollars. The total that may be assessed for this fee and the law library fee in civil cases is raised from four dollars to six dollars.
